These Terms of Service govern your use of the Estobi platform and services operated by Estobi Enterprises LLC. Please read them carefully. By creating an account or using Estobi in any way, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Agreement & Acceptance
By accessing or using the Estobi platform — including the free audit, the Estobi Dashboard, and any paid plan — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the service.
- These Terms apply to all users and all plans, including the free audit.
- The service provider is Estobi Enterprises LLC, 476 NW Peacock Blvd Suite 119, Port Saint Lucie, FL 34986.
- If you are using Estobi on behalf of a business, you represent that you have the authority to bind that business to these Terms.
- Your continued use of Estobi constitutes ongoing acceptance of these Terms as they are updated from time to time.
Description of Service
Estobi is software for Amazon sellers that connects to your Amazon seller account through the Amazon Selling Partner API (SP-API), and to your advertising account through the Amazon Advertising API when you connect it. Depending on your plan it provides listing audits with proposed changes for your approval, a repricer, a Buy Box map, an ads system, an FBA inventory map, profit reporting and review requests.
- Estobi analyzes your listing data, produces audit reports, and proposes changes to titles, bullets, descriptions, backend search terms and other listing elements.
- Proposed listing changes are shown for your review and approval before anything is applied to your live Amazon listings.
- Prices act automatically only for products you enroll, and only inside the limits you set (minimum, maximum and MAP). Advertising acts automatically only for products you enroll, inside the caps, budgets and approved launch plans you set, with one exception: once you agree to it, Estobi may raise a product’s daily ad budget and, only when needed to fit it, your account’s daily ad budget. Each limit stays cumulatively at most 25% above its own daily budget that you set, as described under Advertising management below. You may pause any enrolled product or change any limit at any time.
- Which tools your plan includes, how many audits it includes each month and how many products it covers are shown on the pricing page and on your billing page.
- Estobi Enterprises LLC operates independently and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Amazon.com, Inc. or any of its affiliates.
Advertising management
This section applies when you turn on Estobi’s ads system (Ads) for your account. You agree to it on your Ads page before Estobi runs your ads for you.
- What Estobi does. For the products you enroll, Estobi creates and runs Amazon ad campaigns in your advertising account. It sets and changes bids, blocks searches that spend money without selling, pauses keywords that waste money, shares each product’s daily budget across its campaigns, and creates new campaigns when it finds something worth advertising. New campaigns can be keyword campaigns, product growth campaigns, brand video campaigns, campaigns that protect your own product pages from competitor ads, and campaigns for search terms that already brought you sales.
- Your limits. You set an account daily budget and a daily budget for each product. You can also set a target, a highest bid and the campaign types you want on your Ads page. Estobi keeps your ads inside these limits. The only exception is the automatic budget increases described below.
- Automatic budget increases. When Estobi creates a new campaign for one of your products (a keyword campaign, a product growth campaign, a brand video campaign, a campaign that protects your own product page, or a campaign for a search term that already brought sales) and that product’s daily ad budget does not have room for it, Estobi may automatically raise that product’s daily budget by the amount the new campaign needs, cumulatively up to 25% above the daily budget you set for that product. If that increase would not fit your account’s daily budget, Estobi may also raise the account’s daily budget only by the amount needed to fit it, without reducing other products’ budgets. All automatic account increases together are limited to 25% above the account daily budget you set; all automatic increases for a product together are limited to 25% above that product’s daily budget you set. These limits do not reset with each increase. We will email your account contact each time with the old and new product budget, any old and new account budget, and the reason. You can lower the budget or turn off automatic increases at any time on your Ads page, and the change takes effect on the next run.
- When an increase does not happen. Estobi raises a budget automatically only while you have agreed to the current version of this section and automatic budget increases are switched on. It never raises a budget you manage yourself. If a new campaign would need either the product or account daily budget to exceed its own cumulative 25% limit above the budget you set, Estobi does not raise the budget. It holds that campaign and tells you on your Ads page.
- Undo. Your Ads page lists every automatic increase. You can undo any of them there, and the budget goes back to what it was before the increase on the next run.
- Ad costs. Amazon charges your ad spend to your Amazon account under your agreement with Amazon. You are responsible for that spend, including spend from automatic increases made under this section. Estobi’s plan fees are separate.
- Stopping. You can pause any enrolled product or turn off automatic budget increases on your Ads page at any time.
- Changes to this section. If we change this section, automatic budget increases stop until you agree to the new version on your Ads page. Your other ads keep running.
Amazon SP‑API Authorization
To deliver the service, Estobi requires authorized access to your Amazon seller account data via the Amazon Selling Partner API (SP-API). By connecting your Amazon account, you grant Estobi this authorization.
- You authorize Estobi to access your Amazon seller account data via SP-API on your behalf, scoped to the data types described in our Amazon Compliance Disclosure page.
- Estobi accesses your account data only to deliver the service — not for advertising, sale, aggregation across accounts, or any other purpose.
- You can revoke SP-API access at any time from your Amazon Seller Central account under Apps & Services.
- Revoking access immediately stops all future data retrieval. It does not automatically delete your existing stored data unless you also submit a deletion request to support@estobienterprises.com.
- Each seller account is treated as an isolated data environment. Your data is never shared with or used to benefit any other seller account.
AI-Generated Content
Estobi uses artificial intelligence to generate listing recommendations, copy rewrites, optimization suggestions, and related content. The following terms apply to all AI-generated content produced by Estobi.
You keep final approval over every listing change. Estobi does not apply a change to your live Amazon listing without your explicit approval.
- All AI-generated content passes through automated compliance and quality gates before being presented to you. These gates check for Amazon policy violations, prohibited claims, and content quality issues — but they are not infallible.
- AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or recommendations that are not suitable for your specific product or category. You are responsible for reviewing all proposed changes before approving them.
- Estobi is not liable for listing performance outcomes, ranking changes, conversion rate changes, or any other result from applying AI-generated recommendations.
- Results vary by seller, product category, listing quality, competitive environment, and Amazon’s algorithm. Estobi does not guarantee any specific improvement in rankings, sales, or conversion rates.
- If Estobi generates content that you believe violates Amazon’s policies, do not apply it and contact support@estobienterprises.com immediately.
Supplement, beauty, and other regulated product sellers: Estobi’s compliance gates include checks for FDA/DSHEA prohibited claims, but you remain responsible for ensuring all approved content meets applicable regulatory requirements for your product category.
Subscription Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually, as you choose at sign-up. Each plan includes a set number of listing audits per month, counted per product (each child product counts as one); allowances reset monthly, including on annual plans, unused audits do not carry over, and extra audits may be bought one at a time at the price shown on the pricing page after you confirm. All billing is processed by Stripe.
- Monthly plans: Billed on the same calendar date each month. Cancel any time before your next renewal date to stop future charges. Apart from the first-charge refund below, monthly charges are not refunded.
- Annual plans: Billed annually upfront at the discounted annual rate. If you cancel within 14 days of any annual charge, first year or renewal, you may request a full refund of that charge. After 14 days, annual charges are not refunded; cancelling stops the next renewal and you keep access until the end of the year you paid for.
- Extra products packs: Any paid plan except Entrust Enterprise can add packs of 100 products, billed with the plan (monthly or annual, at the price shown on the pricing page). Adding a pack is charged right away for the rest of the current billing period (prorated). Removing a pack takes effect at the next renewal; you keep the products until then and the current period is not refunded. Packs follow the refund rules in this section. A product is one child listing (one ASIN or SKU); it counts for the month once it is active at any time after your monthly reset. Inactive listings that are not counted are locked until you choose to count them.
- First-charge refund: If you cancel within 7 days of your first paid charge on a monthly plan (14 days on an annual plan, as above), you may request a full refund by emailing support@estobienterprises.com. No conditions, no questions. Extra audits bought one at a time are not refunded once the audit has run.
- Plan changes, up or down, take effect immediately. Proration is handled by Stripe — the difference for the remainder of the billing period is charged or credited on your next invoice, and the amount is shown before you confirm. Switching between monthly and annual billing starts a new billing period and is billed at once. Included audit allowances change at the next monthly reset.
- Estobi reserves the right to update pricing with 30 days written notice to the email address on file. Continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
- If a payment fails, your account keeps full access for 7 days from the first failed payment, with a notice asking you to update your payment method. After that the service is suspended until the payment goes through. Your account and data are kept.
To cancel your plan: sign in, open Plan and billing and use Cancel plan; you can also email support@estobienterprises.com. Cancellation stops future charges and takes effect at the end of the current billing period; until then you keep full access, and you can undo it from the same page. When the period ends your account locks; it reopens, with everything in it, when you start a plan again. Your account and data are kept so you can come back, unless you ask us to delete them.
Free Audit
Estobi offers a free audit of one product you sell on the Amazon seller account you connect. No card is required.
- The free audit is limited to one product, once, per seller account. A free account can open the audit page and the Amazon connection page only.
- Your free audit report stays in your account for as long as the account exists. You can ask us to delete it at any time, as described under Termination.
- If you choose a paid plan later, your free audit and your Amazon connection carry over automatically.
- Free audit results are provided as-is for informational purposes. The same disclaimer above regarding AI-generated content applies to free audit recommendations.
- Estobi reserves the right to modify, limit, or discontinue the free audit offer at any time.
Entrust Plans (Managed Service)
Entrust plans are managed services. When you enroll, Estobi runs the software for the products you choose, watches every tool, sends a weekly report, and brings every decision that is yours (listing changes, ads launches, price floors) to you for approval.
- By enrolling in an Entrust plan, you authorize Estobi to make changes to your Amazon listings, advertising campaigns, and account settings as described in the Entrust plan scope communicated at enrollment.
- You retain the right to revoke this authorization at any time by contacting support@estobienterprises.com. Revocation takes effect within 24 hours.
- Estobi is not liable for advertising spend outcomes, inventory decisions, Buy Box changes, or account health events that occur outside of our direct control or that result from factors beyond the listing and advertising optimization scope.
- Entrust plans cancel the same way as every other plan: online from Plan and billing, at any time, with no notice period. The plan runs to the end of the period you paid for, Estobi hands the running back to you in that time, and your account and data are kept (locked until you start a plan again).
- Estobi provides a weekly report on actions taken, changes applied and performance for every Entrust account.
Entrust plans involve Estobi making changes directly to your Amazon account. Review the plan scope carefully before enrolling. If you have questions about what is and is not included, contact us before signing up.
Acceptable Use
By using Estobi, you agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. The following uses are prohibited:
- Using Estobi to create, apply, or submit listing content that violates Amazon’s policies, community guidelines, or seller agreement.
- Using Estobi to make prohibited claims on regulated products (pharmaceuticals, supplements, devices) that violate FDA, FTC, or other applicable regulatory requirements.
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, scrape, copy, or reproduce any part of Estobi’s platform, algorithms, or generated outputs beyond your own use.
- Sharing your account credentials with third parties or allowing unauthorized access to your Estobi account.
- Using Estobi to compete with or replicate Estobi’s service offerings.
- Submitting false, misleading, or fraudulent information to Estobi or to Amazon via the platform.
Estobi reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, Amazon’s policies, or applicable law, with or without prior notice depending on severity.
Intellectual Property
- Estobi’s platform, models, code, design, branding, and documentation are the intellectual property of Estobi Enterprises LLC. All rights reserved.
- AI-generated listing content produced by Estobi for your account — titles, bullets, descriptions, image briefs, keyword recommendations — belongs to you once you approve and apply it to your Amazon listing.
- Estobi retains no ownership over your approved listing content after delivery. We may analyze anonymized platform usage patterns (such as feature usage and navigation behavior) to improve the platform. SP-API data — including listing data, sales data, and account data — is never aggregated across seller accounts for any purpose, including platform improvement.
- You grant Estobi a limited license to access, process, and use your Amazon account data for the sole purpose of delivering the service as described in these Terms.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Estobi Enterprises LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform.
- Estobi is not liable for: listing performance outcomes, revenue changes, organic ranking changes, conversion rate changes, Buy Box eligibility changes, or Amazon account health events.
- Estobi is not liable for account suspensions, listing suppression, or policy enforcement actions taken by Amazon, even if those actions relate to content generated or applied via Estobi.
- Estobi’s total cumulative liability to you under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount you paid to Estobi in the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
- Estobi does not guarantee that AI-generated recommendations will improve your listings, sales, rankings, or any other metric. Results vary by seller, category, listing quality, and market conditions.
Nothing in this section limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or willful misconduct by Estobi Enterprises LLC.
Termination
- You may cancel your plan at any time from Plan and billing (Cancel plan), or by emailing support@estobienterprises.com. Cancelling is not deletion: your account and its data are kept, locked, and restored when you start a plan again. To close your account and have your data deleted, email support@estobienterprises.com.
- Estobi may terminate or suspend your account for violation of these Terms, non-payment, abuse, or any reason with 7 days written notice (or immediately for serious violations).
- When you close your account, or Estobi terminates it, Estobi stops accessing your Amazon account data. You can also revoke the authorization yourself in Seller Central at any time.
- Your stored data is deleted only when you ask for it (we process deletion requests within 30 days) or when Estobi terminates your account for a serious violation, except records we must keep by law or for a legal hold (for example billing records). A cancelled plan on its own never triggers deletion.
- The Intellectual Property, Limitation of Liability and Governing Law sections survive termination.
Changes to Terms
- Estobi may update these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 30 days written notice of material changes via email to the address on file.
- The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
- Continued use of the service after the notice period constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
- If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must cancel your account before the changes take effect.
Governing Law
- These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
- Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in St. Lucie County, Florida, or via binding arbitration at Estobi’s election.
- You consent to personal jurisdiction in St. Lucie County, Florida for any such disputes.
