These Terms of Service govern your use of the Estobi platform and services operated by Estobi Enterprises LLC. Please read them carefully. By creating an account or using Estobi in any way, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Section 1
Agreement & Acceptance
By accessing or using the Estobi platform — including the free audit, the Estobi Dashboard, and any paid plan — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the service.
- These Terms apply to all users and all plans, including the free audit.
- The service provider is Estobi Enterprises LLC, 476 NW Peacock Blvd Suite 119, Port Saint Lucie, FL 34986.
- If you are using Estobi on behalf of a business, you represent that you have the authority to bind that business to these Terms.
- Your continued use of Estobi constitutes ongoing acceptance of these Terms as they are updated from time to time.
Section 2
Description of Service
Estobi is an AI-powered Amazon listing optimization platform that connects to your Amazon seller account via the Amazon Selling Partner API (SP-API) to audit your listings, generate optimization recommendations, and propose changes for your approval.
- Estobi analyzes your listing data, generates audit reports, and produces recommended changes to titles, bullets, descriptions, images, keywords, and other listing elements.
- Recommended changes are presented for your review and approval before anything is applied to your live Amazon listings.
- If you enable the Auto-Approve feature, changes that pass Estobi’s compliance and quality gates will be applied automatically without requiring per-change approval. You may disable Auto-Approve at any time.
- Estobi also provides tools for advertising management, FBA inventory monitoring, account health tracking, and additional features depending on your plan.
- Estobi Enterprises LLC operates independently and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Amazon.com, Inc. or any of its affiliates.
Section 3
Amazon SP-API Authorization
To deliver the service, Estobi requires authorized access to your Amazon seller account data via the Amazon Selling Partner API (SP-API). By connecting your Amazon account, you grant Estobi this authorization.
- You authorize Estobi to access your Amazon seller account data via SP-API on your behalf, scoped to the data types described in our SP-API Data Practices page.
- Estobi accesses your account data only to deliver the service — not for advertising, sale, aggregation across accounts, or any other purpose.
- You can revoke SP-API access at any time from your Amazon Seller Central account under Apps & Services.
- Revoking access immediately stops all future data retrieval. It does not automatically delete your existing stored data unless you also submit a deletion request to support@estobienterprises.com.
- Each seller account is treated as an isolated data environment. Your data is never shared with or used to benefit any other seller account.

Section 4
AI-Generated Content
Estobi uses artificial intelligence to generate listing recommendations, copy rewrites, optimization suggestions, and related content. The following terms apply to all AI-generated content produced by Estobi.
You retain final approval authority over all changes. Estobi does not apply any change to your live Amazon listing without your explicit approval or your enabling of the Auto-Approve toggle.
- All AI-generated content passes through automated compliance and quality gates before being presented to you. These gates check for Amazon policy violations, prohibited claims, and content quality issues — but they are not infallible.
- AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or recommendations that are not suitable for your specific product or category. You are responsible for reviewing all proposed changes before approving them.
- Estobi is not liable for listing performance outcomes, ranking changes, conversion rate changes, or any other result from applying AI-generated recommendations.
- Results vary by seller, product category, listing quality, competitive environment, and Amazon’s algorithm. Estobi does not guarantee any specific improvement in rankings, sales, or conversion rates.
- If Estobi generates content that you believe violates Amazon’s policies, do not apply it and contact support@estobienterprises.com immediately.
Supplement, beauty, and other regulated product sellers: Estobi’s compliance gates include checks for FDA/DSHEA prohibited claims, but you remain responsible for ensuring all approved content meets applicable regulatory requirements for your product category.
Section 5
Subscription Billing
Paid plans are billed on a monthly or annual basis depending on your selection at signup. All billing is processed securely via Stripe.
- Monthly plans: Billed on the same calendar date each month. Cancel any time before your next renewal date to stop future charges. No refunds for the current billing period.
- Annual plans: Billed annually upfront at the discounted annual rate. No refunds for unused months after the first 14 days from the billing date.
- 7-day refund policy: If you cancel within 7 days of your first paid charge on any plan, you may request a full refund by emailing support@estobienterprises.com. No conditions, no questions.
- Plan upgrades take effect immediately. Proration is handled by Stripe — you are charged only for the difference for the remainder of the billing period.
- Plan downgrades take effect at the start of the next renewal period. You retain access to your current plan’s features until then.
- Estobi reserves the right to update pricing with 30 days written notice to the email address on file. Continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
- Failed payments will result in service suspension after a 7-day grace period. You will be notified by email before suspension occurs.
To cancel your plan: log into the Estobi Dashboard and go to Account → Billing, or email support@estobienterprises.com. Cancellation stops future charges and takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Section 6
Free Audit
Estobi offers a free listing audit for one ASIN per Amazon seller account. No credit card is required to access the free audit.
- The free audit is limited to one ASIN per seller account.
- Free audit results are retained for 90 days. After 90 days, the data may be deleted.
- If you upgrade to a paid plan within 90 days, your free audit data carries over automatically and counts toward your plan’s audit history.
- Free audit results are provided as-is for informational purposes. The same disclaimer in Section 4 regarding AI-generated content applies to free audit recommendations.
- Estobi reserves the right to modify, limit, or discontinue the free audit offer at any time.
Section 7
Entrust Plans (Managed Service)
Entrust plans are fully managed services. When you enroll in an Entrust plan, Estobi’s team and AI agents act on your behalf to manage your Amazon listings, advertising campaigns, and other account operations within the agreed scope.
- By enrolling in an Entrust plan, you authorize Estobi to make changes to your Amazon listings, advertising campaigns, and account settings as described in the Entrust plan scope communicated at enrollment.
- You retain the right to revoke this authorization at any time by contacting support@estobienterprises.com. Revocation takes effect within 24 hours.
- Estobi is not liable for advertising spend outcomes, inventory decisions, Buy Box changes, or account health events that occur outside of our direct control or that result from factors beyond the listing and advertising optimization scope.
- Entrust plans require a minimum 30-day written notice to cancel. Notice must be sent to support@estobienterprises.com. You will be billed for the final 30-day period following notice.
- Estobi will provide monthly reporting on actions taken, changes applied, and performance metrics for all Entrust accounts.
Entrust plans involve Estobi making changes directly to your Amazon account. Review the plan scope carefully before enrolling. If you have questions about what is and is not included, contact us before signing up.
Section 8
Acceptable Use
By using Estobi, you agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. The following uses are prohibited:
- Using Estobi to create, apply, or submit listing content that violates Amazon’s policies, community guidelines, or seller agreement.
- Using Estobi to make prohibited claims on regulated products (pharmaceuticals, supplements, devices) that violate FDA, FTC, or other applicable regulatory requirements.
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, scrape, copy, or reproduce any part of Estobi’s platform, AI agents, algorithms, or generated outputs beyond your own use.
- Sharing your account credentials with third parties or allowing unauthorized access to your Estobi account.
- Using Estobi to compete with or replicate Estobi’s service offerings.
- Submitting false, misleading, or fraudulent information to Estobi or to Amazon via the platform.
Estobi reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, Amazon’s policies, or applicable law, with or without prior notice depending on severity.
Section 9
Intellectual Property
- Estobi’s platform, AI agents, code, design, branding, and documentation are the intellectual property of Estobi Enterprises LLC. All rights reserved.
- AI-generated listing content produced by Estobi for your account — titles, bullets, descriptions, image briefs, keyword recommendations — belongs to you once you approve and apply it to your Amazon listing.
- Estobi retains no ownership over your approved listing content after delivery. We may analyze anonymized platform usage patterns (such as feature usage and navigation behavior) to improve the platform. SP-API data — including listing data, sales data, and account data — is never aggregated across seller accounts for any purpose, including platform improvement.
- You grant Estobi a limited license to access, process, and use your Amazon account data for the sole purpose of delivering the service as described in these Terms.
Section 10
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Estobi Enterprises LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform.
- Estobi is not liable for: listing performance outcomes, revenue changes, organic ranking changes, conversion rate changes, Buy Box eligibility changes, or Amazon account health events.
- Estobi is not liable for account suspensions, listing suppression, or policy enforcement actions taken by Amazon, even if those actions relate to content generated or applied via Estobi.
- Estobi’s total cumulative liability to you under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount you paid to Estobi in the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
- Estobi does not guarantee that AI-generated recommendations will improve your listings, sales, rankings, or any other metric. Results vary by seller, category, listing quality, and market conditions.
Nothing in this section limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or willful misconduct by Estobi Enterprises LLC.
Section 11
Termination
- You may cancel your account at any time from the Estobi Dashboard under Account → Billing, or by emailing support@estobienterprises.com.
- Estobi may terminate or suspend your account for violation of these Terms, non-payment, abuse, or any reason with 7 days written notice (or immediately for serious violations).
- Upon termination, your SP-API authorization is revoked and Estobi stops accessing your Amazon account data.
- Your stored data is scheduled for deletion within 30 days of termination unless you request earlier deletion or are required to retain it for a legal hold.
- Sections 9 (Intellectual Property), 10 (Limitation of Liability), and 13 (Governing Law) survive termination.
Section 12
Changes to Terms
- Estobi may update these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 30 days written notice of material changes via email to the address on file.
- The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
- Continued use of the service after the notice period constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
- If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must cancel your account before the changes take effect.
Section 13
Governing Law
- These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
- Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in St. Lucie County, Florida, or via binding arbitration at Estobi’s election.
- You consent to personal jurisdiction in St. Lucie County, Florida for any such disputes.
