How Estobi handles your Amazon data

We connect to your Amazon account through the Selling Partner API — Amazon's official, authorized channel for third-party tools. Here's exactly what we access, how we use it, and what we will never do with it.

Section 1

How we connect to your account

Estobi uses the Amazon Selling Partner API (SP-API) — Amazon's official API for authorized third-party tools. Every connection is individually authorized by the seller whose account is being accessed. Estobi cannot access any seller account without that seller's explicit authorization.

No browser extensions. No screen scraping. No third-party data brokers. Your account data is accessed directly through the same API infrastructure Amazon provides for authorized software providers — the same connection method used by the largest tools in the Amazon ecosystem.

When you authorize Estobi, you grant access through Amazon's standard OAuth authorization flow. This creates a secure, auditable connection that Amazon controls. You can revoke this access at any time from your Seller Central account settings — Estobi has no ability to maintain access after revocation.

Section 2

What we access and why

The table below lists every data type Estobi accesses through the SP-API and the specific purpose for each. We access only what is necessary to deliver the service.

Data Used For
Listing content (title, bullets, images, description, attributes) Audit + optimization — our AI agents analyze and propose improvements to listing content
Backend keywords and search terms Keyword gap analysis — identifying missing search term coverage
Inventory levels and FBA placement data FBA Map + reorder alerts — tracking inventory distribution across fulfillment centers
Order data (revenue, units, order counts) Dashboard + performance reporting — showing sellers their account performance
Account health metrics (ODR, late shipment rate, valid tracking) Account Health monitor — real-time tracking of seller performance metrics
Seller feedback Feedback Requests tool — managing and responding to seller feedback
Advertising campaign data (Ads API — pending approval) Ad management + N-gram analysis — campaign optimization (Elevate plan)

What Estobi cannot access through the SP-API:

  • Payment information or banking details
  • Customer PII (names, addresses, contact information)
  • Any data outside your own seller account
  • Any seller account you have not explicitly authorized
Section 3

Per-seller scope — your data stays yours

Data accessed through the SP-API is scoped exclusively to the authorizing seller's account. Estobi does not aggregate, combine, or compare data from one seller's account with data from another seller's account. Each seller's data is used solely to generate audits, recommendations, and insights for that seller.

This is a hard architectural constraint, not just a policy. Our systems are designed so that each seller's SP-API connection, data storage, and audit pipeline operates in complete isolation from every other seller's data. A recommendation generated for one seller's account is never influenced by data from another seller's account.

This design is consistent with Amazon SP-API Acceptable Use Policy Sections 4.4 and 4.5, which prohibit using SP-API data from one seller to benefit another seller.

Section 4

What we do not do with your data

  • We do not sell or transfer SP-API data to any third party
  • We do not use one seller's data to benefit another seller
  • We do not retain SP-API data beyond what is necessary to deliver the service
  • We do not use SP-API data for advertising, marketing, or lead generation purposes
  • We do not use SP-API data to train AI models in any way that would expose or transfer your data to other contexts
  • AI agents that process SP-API data operate on a per-seller basis only — no cross-seller data access or comparison
Section 5

AI agent disclosure

This disclosure is made pursuant to Amazon SP-API Acceptable Use Policy Section 2.4, which requires disclosure of automated AI use of SP-API data.

Automated AI agents access and process Amazon SP-API data on behalf of each authorizing seller to generate audits, recommendations, and insights. All AI-generated content is reviewed through automated compliance and quality gates before being presented to the seller for approval. Sellers retain final approval authority over all changes.

Specifically, Estobi operates 14 specialized AI agents that analyze listing content, keyword coverage, compliance, market positioning, and other listing attributes. Each agent operates on data belonging to the authorizing seller only. No agent can access, reference, or be influenced by another seller's data.

AI-generated recommendations are never pushed to Amazon without seller review and approval — unless the seller has explicitly enabled the auto-approve feature for a specific listing.

Section 6

Your rights and how to revoke access

You are in control of Estobi's access to your Amazon account at all times.

To revoke SP-API access: Go to Seller Central → Settings → Login Settings → Third-party applications. Find Estobi and remove access. This stops all future data access immediately — Estobi cannot re-access your account without a new authorization from you.

To request data deletion: Contact us at support@estobienterprises.com. We will delete all stored SP-API data associated with your account within 30 days of your request.

To cancel your Estobi account: You can cancel from your Estobi Dashboard at any time, or by contacting support. Cancellation revokes SP-API data access and triggers the data deletion process.
