Section 2

Communications
Emails, support requests, and any other messages you send to us. Retained for support and legal compliance purposes.
Newsletter / Marketing
Email address and subscription preferences if you opt in to our newsletter. Managed via Klaviyo. You can unsubscribe at any time.
Section 3

Amazon SP-API Data

When you connect your Amazon seller account, you authorize Estobi to access specific data from your account via the Amazon Selling Partner API (SP-API). This is the primary data source that powers the Estobi platform.

SP-API data is scoped exclusively to your account. Estobi does not aggregate, compare, or use data from your account to benefit any other seller. Each seller’s data is a completely isolated environment.
  • Listing data: Titles, bullets, descriptions, images, keywords, attributes, and pricing for your active ASINs.
  • Order and sales metrics: Order counts, revenue, units sold, and session data (no buyer PII — Amazon does not expose buyer personal information via SP-API).
  • Account health metrics: Order Defect Rate, Late Shipment Rate, Valid Tracking Rate, and other performance metrics from your Seller Central account.
  • FBA inventory data: Inventory levels, fulfillment center distribution, and inbound shipment status.
  • Advertising data: Campaign performance, search term reports, bid data, and ACoS metrics (requires separate Advertising API authorization).

For a complete description of SP-API data access, usage, and retention, see our SP-API Data Practices page. You can revoke SP-API access at any time from your Amazon Seller Central account under Apps & Services → Third-party apps.

Section 4

How We Use Your Data

We use the data we collect solely to deliver and improve the Estobi service. We do not sell your data, use it for advertising, or share it with third parties except as described in Section 6.

  • Delivering the service: Using your Amazon account data to generate listing audits, optimization recommendations, and proposed changes.
  • Running the platform: Processing your account, managing your subscription, sending transactional emails (receipts, audit notifications, report delivery).
  • Improving the platform: Analyzing anonymized platform usage patterns (such as feature usage and navigation behavior) to improve our platform. SP-API data — including your listing content, sales data, inventory data, and account data — is never aggregated across seller accounts for any purpose, including platform improvement. Each seller's SP-API data is used exclusively for that seller's own account.
  • Customer support: Responding to your support requests, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining records of your interactions with us.
  • Marketing (with consent): Sending the Estobi newsletter and product updates if you have opted in. You can unsubscribe at any time.
  • Legal compliance: Retaining records as required by applicable law, responding to lawful requests from authorities, and enforcing our Terms of Service.

We will never use your Amazon account data for advertising, sell it to third parties, or use it to benefit any other seller.

Section 5

AI Processing

Estobi uses automated AI agents to process your Amazon account data and generate listing audits, recommendations, copy rewrites, and other optimization outputs. The following applies to all AI processing of your data.

  • AI agents operate on a per-seller basis only. Your data is processed in an isolated environment and is never shared with or used to benefit another seller’s AI processing.
  • All AI-generated content passes through automated compliance and quality gates before being presented to you for review.
  • You retain final approval over all AI-generated changes. Nothing is applied to your live Amazon listing without your explicit approval (unless you have enabled Auto-Approve).
  • AI processing may involve sending your listing data to third-party AI model providers (such as Anthropic or Google) under strict data processing agreements that prohibit use of your data for training or any purpose outside of generating the immediate response.
  • Automated decisions generated by AI agents are always advisory — you can reject any recommendation without penalty.
You are never subject to a fully automated decision that has legal or similarly significant effects without human review. All change approvals require your explicit action.
Section 6

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with the following categories of service providers, and only to the extent necessary to deliver the service:

  • Stripe: Payment processing. Stripe handles all billing data under their own Privacy Policy and PCI-DSS compliance. Estobi does not store your full card details.
  • Klaviyo: Email marketing and newsletter delivery. Receives your email address and subscription preferences if you opt in to marketing communications.
  • AI model providers (Anthropic, Google, OpenRouter): Listing and account data is sent to these providers to generate audit outputs and recommendations. All providers operate under strict data processing agreements prohibiting use of your data for training or third-party sharing.
  • Hosting and infrastructure providers: Cloud hosting, database, and CDN providers necessary to operate the platform. All operate under data processing agreements.
  • Legal authorities: We may disclose data if required by law, court order, or to protect the rights and safety of Estobi, our users, or the public.

We do not share your Amazon SP-API data with any third party for advertising, research, data brokerage, or any purpose other than delivering the Estobi service to you.

Section 7

Data Retention

We retain your data only as long as necessary to deliver the service, meet legal obligations, and resolve disputes.

  • Account data: Retained for the life of your account plus 30 days after cancellation, then deleted.
  • Amazon SP-API data (cached): Cache files are refreshed on a rolling schedule and retained for up to 90 days. Data older than 90 days is purged automatically.
  • Audit reports: Retained for the life of your account plus 30 days after cancellation. You can request earlier deletion.
  • Free audit data: Retained for 90 days from the audit date. Deleted automatically after 90 days unless you upgrade to a paid plan.
  • Billing records: Retained for 7 years as required by U.S. tax law.
  • Support communications: Retained for 3 years for dispute resolution and quality assurance purposes.
  • Usage analytics: IP addresses are anonymized within 30 days. Anonymized usage data may be retained indefinitely for platform improvement.

To request early deletion of your data, email support@estobienterprises.com. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.

Section 8

Data Security

We implement technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss, or disclosure.

  • All data transmitted between your browser and the Estobi platform is encrypted in transit using TLS 1.2 or higher.
  • Amazon SP-API credentials and access tokens are encrypted at rest using AES-128 or stronger encryption.
  • Access to production systems and customer data is restricted to authorized personnel only, on a need-to-know basis.
  • We maintain an incident response plan. In the event of a data breach affecting your personal data, we will notify you and Amazon within 24 hours of becoming aware of the incident.
  • Multi-factor authentication (MFA) is required for all Estobi personnel with access to production systems.

No security system is impenetrable. While we take reasonable precautions, we cannot guarantee the absolute security of your data. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately at support@estobienterprises.com.
