Estobi Enterprises LLC is based in Port Saint Lucie, Florida. We provide software and a managed service for Amazon sellers: listing audits, a repricer, a Buy Box map, an ads system, an FBA inventory map, profit reporting and review requests, built on the Amazon Selling Partner API (SP-API) and the Amazon Advertising API.

Estobi Enterprises LLC is the data controller for all personal data collected through this website and the Estobi platform. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Amazon.com, Inc. or any of its affiliates.

What Data We Collect

We collect data in three ways: information you provide directly, data we receive from Amazon via SP-API when you connect your seller account, and usage data collected automatically when you use our website and platform.

Data	What it includes
Account Information	Name, email address, password (hashed), billing address, phone number (optional). Collected when you create an account.
Billing Data	Payment method details are handled entirely by Stripe. Estobi stores only the last 4 digits of your card, card type, and billing status. We never see or store your full card number.
Amazon SP-API Data	Listing data, orders and sales, fees, pricing and offers, account health, advertising reports and FBA inventory data. See the Amazon data section below.
Usage Data	Pages visited, features used, session duration, browser type, operating system, IP address (anonymized after 30 days). Collected automatically via analytics.
Communications	Emails, support requests, and any other messages you send to us. Retained for support and legal compliance purposes.
Mobile / SMS Opt-In	Mobile phone number and your consent record if you opt in to text messaging. Used only to send and respond to messages you have consented to receive. See the messaging terms below.
Newsletter / Marketing	Email address and subscription preferences if you opt in to our newsletter. Managed via Klaviyo. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Amazon SP-API Data

When you connect your Amazon seller account, you authorize Estobi to access specific data from your account via the Amazon Selling Partner API (SP-API). This is the primary data source that powers the Estobi platform.

• Listing data: Titles, bullets, descriptions, images, keywords, attributes, pricing and offers for your products.
• Orders, sales and fees: Order counts, revenue, units, sessions, refunds, fee estimates and financial events. Buyer names and addresses are not used or shown.
• Account health metrics: Order Defect Rate, Late Shipment Rate, Valid Tracking Rate, and other performance metrics from your Seller Central account.
• FBA inventory data: Inventory levels, fulfillment center distribution, and inbound shipment status.
• Advertising data: Campaigns, keywords, bids, budgets, search term and performance reports (requires a separate Advertising API authorization).
• Buy Box by location: Amazon’s own featured-offer answer for your products, ZIP code by ZIP code, read through the SP-API. No page loads of Amazon’s site and no bought data.

How We Use Your Data

We use the data we collect solely to deliver and improve the Estobi service. We do not sell your data, use it for advertising, or share it with third parties except as described under Data Sharing.

• Delivering the service: Using your Amazon account data to build audits, prices, ad bids, maps, reports and proposed changes for your account.
• Running the platform: Processing your account, managing your subscription, sending transactional emails (receipts, audit notifications, report delivery).
• Improving the platform: Analyzing anonymized platform usage patterns (such as feature usage and navigation behavior) to improve our platform. SP-API data — including your listing content, sales data, inventory data, and account data — is never aggregated across seller accounts for any purpose, including platform improvement. Each seller's SP-API data is used exclusively for that seller's own account.
• Customer support: Responding to your support requests, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining records of your interactions with us.
• Marketing (with consent): Sending the Estobi newsletter and product updates if you have opted in. You can unsubscribe at any time.
• Legal compliance: Retaining records as required by applicable law, responding to lawful requests from authorities, and enforcing our Terms of Service.

We will never use your Amazon account data for advertising, sell it to third parties, or use it to benefit any other seller.

AI Processing

Estobi uses automated analysis, including AI models, to score listings, write proposed copy, pick prices inside the floors you set, set ad bids inside your caps and prepare reports. The following applies to all automated processing of your data.

• Processing runs per seller only. Your data is processed in an isolated environment and is never shared with or used to benefit another seller’s AI processing.
• Every proposed listing change passes automated policy and quality checks before it is shown to you.
• No listing change is applied to Amazon without your approval. Prices and advertising act only for products you enrolled and only inside the limits you set.
• AI processing may involve sending your listing data to third-party AI model providers (Anthropic, Google or OpenAI) under strict data processing agreements that prohibit use of your data for training or any purpose outside of generating the immediate response.
• You can reject any proposed change, pause any enrolled product and change any limit at any time.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with the following categories of service providers, and only to the extent necessary to deliver the service:

• Stripe: Payment processing. Stripe handles all billing data under their own Privacy Policy and PCI-DSS compliance. Estobi does not store your full card details.
• Klaviyo: Email marketing and newsletter delivery. Receives your email address and subscription preferences if you opt in to marketing communications.
• AI model providers (Anthropic, Google, OpenAI): Listing and account data is sent to these providers to generate audit outputs, proposed copy and reports. All operate under commercial API terms that prohibit use of your data for training or third-party sharing.
• Hosting and infrastructure providers (Vercel, GitHub): Website and portal hosting, and private storage of code and account files, under their data processing terms.
• Transactional email (AgentMail): Receipts, audit notices and reports are sent through our email provider, which receives your email address and the message.
• Amazon: Approved listing changes, prices, bids and review requests are sent to Amazon on your behalf through the Selling Partner API and the Advertising API.
• Legal authorities: We may disclose data if required by law, court order, or to protect the rights and safety of Estobi, our users, or the public.

We do not share your Amazon SP-API data with any third party for advertising, research, data brokerage, or any purpose other than delivering the Estobi service to you.

Customer data is not shared with 3rd parties for promotional or marketing purposes.

Estobi Enterprises LLC Messaging Terms and Conditions

• The messaging program consists of general conversational messaging to answer questions and provide support to customers.
• You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text ‘STOP’ to the phone number from which you received messages. After you send the SMS message ‘STOP’ to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
• If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at support@estobienterprises.com.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency will vary based on communication needs. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
• If you have any questions regarding privacy, please read our privacy policy contained in the rest of this document/page.

Data Retention

We retain your data only as long as necessary to deliver the service, meet legal obligations, and resolve disputes.

• Account data: Kept while your account exists, including after a plan cancel (the account locks and its data stays, ready for when you come back). Deleted within 30 days of your deletion request or account closure.
• Amazon SP-API data (cached): Cache files are refreshed on a rolling schedule and retained for up to 90 days. Data older than 90 days is purged automatically.
• Audit reports: Kept while your account exists, including after a plan cancel. Deleted within 30 days of your deletion request or account closure.
• Free audit data: Treated like any other audit report: kept while your account exists, whether or not you choose a paid plan. Deleted within 30 days of your deletion request or account closure.
• Billing records: Retained for 7 years as required by U.S. tax law.
• Support communications: Retained for 3 years for dispute resolution and quality assurance purposes.
• Usage analytics: IP addresses are anonymized within 30 days. Anonymized usage data may be retained indefinitely for platform improvement.

To request early deletion of your data, email support@estobienterprises.com. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.

Data Security

We implement technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss, or disclosure.

• All data transmitted between your browser and the Estobi platform is encrypted in transit using TLS 1.2 or higher.
• Amazon SP-API credentials and access tokens are encrypted at rest using AES-128 or stronger encryption.
• Access to production systems and customer data is restricted to authorized personnel only, on a need-to-know basis.
• We maintain an incident response plan. In the event of a data breach affecting your personal data, we will notify you and Amazon within 24 hours of becoming aware of the incident.
• Multi-factor authentication (MFA) is required for all Estobi personnel with access to production systems.

No security system is impenetrable. While we take reasonable precautions, we cannot guarantee the absolute security of your data. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately at support@estobienterprises.com.

Cookies & Analytics

Our website uses cookies and analytics tools to understand how visitors use the site and to improve the experience.

• Essential cookies: Required for the platform to function. Include session authentication and security tokens. Cannot be disabled without breaking the service.
• Analytics cookies: We use privacy-respecting analytics to measure page views, session duration, and feature usage. IP addresses are anonymized. No cross-site tracking.
• Marketing cookies: We do not use third-party advertising or retargeting cookies on this website.

You can control cookie preferences through your browser settings. Disabling essential cookies will prevent you from signing in to Estobi.

Your Rights

You have the following rights regarding your personal data held by Estobi. To exercise any of these rights, email support@estobienterprises.com. We will respond within 30 days.

• Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Correction: Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Deletion: Request deletion of your personal data. We will delete all data not required for legal compliance within 30 days.
• Portability: Request a machine-readable export of your account data and audit history.
• Objection: Object to processing of your data for marketing purposes. You can also unsubscribe from all marketing emails at any time using the link in any email we send.
• Revoke Amazon access: Revoke Estobi’s access at any time from Seller Central (Settings, Login Settings, Third-party applications) and from your Amazon Advertising account.
• Close your account: Request full data deletion at any time. Cancelling a plan on its own keeps your account and data; deletion happens only when you ask. See the retention section above for the timelines.

Children’s Privacy

The Estobi platform is intended for use by Amazon sellers operating businesses. It is not directed at or intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13.

If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information to us, please contact support@estobienterprises.com immediately and we will delete the information promptly.

Changes to This Policy

• We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, the law, or the platform.
• Material changes will be communicated via email to the address on file with at least 14 days notice before taking effect.
• The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
• Continued use of the platform after the effective date of a revised policy constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
• We encourage you to review this policy periodically. Previous versions are available on request.

Governing Law

This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes relating to this policy shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in St. Lucie County, Florida, consistent with our Terms of Service.

If you are located outside the United States, please note that your data will be processed and stored in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your country.
