Amazon account suspensions rarely happen without warning signs. ODR creeps up, a policy violation goes unnoticed, a performance notification sits unread in Seller Central. Estobi surfaces every health signal in one place so issues are addressed before they escalate.

The Problem

Suspensions don't come out of nowhere. The warnings do.

Most sellers manage their Amazon account health by logging into Seller Central and hoping nothing is flagged. The metrics are buried in a dashboard they check occasionally. A performance notification arrives, sits unread, and becomes a warning. A warning becomes a suspension.

The pattern is predictable. And preventable — if you catch the signal before it escalates. That is what Estobi's Account Health monitor does.

ODR creeping up unnoticed
Order Defect Rate compounds silently. By the time you notice, you are already in warning territory.
Policy violations flagged late
A listing with a prohibited claim gets flagged by Amazon. The notification sits unread. The violation count climbs.
Estobi: surfaces every signal immediately
Every metric checked on a regular schedule. Amber warnings before the threshold. Red alerts the moment something crosses the line.
How It Works

Four steps. Continuous coverage.

Estobi checks every metric on a regular schedule and surfaces the results so nothing slips through unnoticed.

01

Estobi pulls account health data from the SP-API

The Amazon SP-API Account Health API returns your current ODR, Late Shipment Rate, Valid Tracking Rate, policy violation count, IP complaint count, and performance notifications on a regular schedule.

02

Every metric compared against Amazon's published thresholds

ODR threshold: under 1%. Late Shipment: under 4%. Valid Tracking: above 95%. Each metric is evaluated against the specific Amazon threshold for that category so status is always accurate.

03

Amber warnings surface for metrics approaching danger zones

Metrics trending toward a threshold surface as amber warnings on the Dashboard. You see the issue early enough to act before it becomes a violation.

04

Red critical alerts fire the moment a threshold is crossed

When any metric enters the danger zone, a red critical alert appears at the top of every page in the Estobi Dashboard — visible every time you log in until the issue is resolved.

Features

Every health signal. One screen.

Order Defect Rate (ODR) with Threshold Indicator

Real-time ODR pulled from the SP-API. Green when healthy, amber when approaching the 1% threshold, red when breached. The single most important metric for account standing.

Late Shipment Rate with Threshold Indicator

Monitored continuously against Amazon's 4% threshold. Amber warnings surface before the threshold is breached so you can take corrective action in time.

Valid Tracking Rate with Threshold Indicator

Tracked against Amazon's 95% floor. Drops below threshold surface immediately so fulfillment gaps can be addressed before they affect account standing.

Policy Violations Count — Flagged Above Zero

Any policy violation triggers an immediate flag. Violations do not have a safe threshold — even one is a signal that requires action. Estobi flags them the moment they appear.

IP Complaint Count — Flagged Above Zero

IP complaints are tracked separately. Any count above zero is flagged immediately — IP complaints can escalate to suspension faster than most other violations.

Performance Notifications in Plain English

Amazon's performance notifications surfaced in the Estobi Dashboard in plain English — no need to dig through Seller Central to find what Amazon is telling you.

Brand Registry Status and USPTO Trademark Check

Brand Registry active status verified. USPTO trademark check results surfaced so you always know the protection status of your brand on Amazon.

Account-Level Data — Always Your Full Account

Health metrics always reflect your full seller account regardless of plan. Amazon calculates ODR and policy metrics at the account level — they cannot be scoped to individual SKUs.

The Monitor

Every metric. Green, amber, or red.

The Account Health page shows every performance metric on a single screen with clear status indicators. Green means healthy. Amber means watch it. Red means act now.

Alerts that require action appear at the top of every page in the Estobi Dashboard — not just on the Account Health page. You cannot miss them.
